Founder & CEOWill brings over 15 years of experience in fire industry sales to Firefighter Supply Co., but what really sets him apart is his heart for the job. He’s worked closely with departments across the country to help them get the gear they need — and knows that for first responders, it’s never just about equipment, it’s about trust.
A natural problem-solver and proud gear nerd, Will is passionate about sourcing the right tools for the job and building long-term relationships along the way. Whether he's walking a trade show floor, demoing new products, or chatting with department heads, he brings a deep knowledge of the industry and a genuine commitment to serving those who serve.
When he’s not working, you’ll find him smoking brisket in the backyard, playing peekaboo with his daughter Annie, or cracking jokes with Holly (who’s also his wife and partner in the business).

Director of Operations & MarketingHolly keeps things running behind the scenes at Firefighter Supply Co. From managing the website and handling marketing to overseeing logistics and customer communication — she’s the one making sure everything gets done, and done right.
With years of experience leading teams and building smooth, efficient systems, Holly brings a people-first mindset to everything she touches. She's passionate about great service, good design, and making sure departments have an easy, reliable experience from the first quote to final delivery.
When she’s not keeping the business on track, she’s busy chasing after their favorite (and tiniest) team member — their daughter, Annie.
